ALTER TOURS – Sustainable Tourism Course
This course equips tourist guides, agents, and tourism professionals with green skills and digital marketing expertise to design and promote sustainable, themed tours—born from the EU-funded “ALTER TOURS ERASMUS+ KA220‑VET”.
Structure & Format:
- Duration: 12 hours of asynchronous learning, accessible entirely online.
- Modules: Three standalone modules cover:
- Green Skills in Sustainable Tourism Development
- Sustainable Tourism Digital Marketing
- Developing Skills for Sustainable Tourism
- Each module includes four subtopics and a platform guide, enabling a flexible, personalised learning path that adapts to individual professional needs.
Accessibility:
Designed to run smoothly across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices, the platform supports assistive technologies, ensuring inclusive access for all users.

The course was co-designed and implemented by all project partners—ESCE, RA Solta, iED (Institute of Entrepreneurship Development), Omnia, CCC, and ABAT Balkanian—under the umbrella of the ALTER TOURS partnership.
